Gratuity
A 25% gratuity charge will be added to your event’s bar tab.
Down Payments
The deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve your date. This may be done over the phone or at The Yard during business hours. Deposits are non-refundable, but we may be able to accommodate date changes depending on availability.
Catering
If a Full Buyout is purchased guests may use any caterer they wish.
Events other than a Full Buyout may bring desserts. We ask that if you wish to cater your event you use one of our amazing food trucks, when available. They are our partners and want to support their success! Please speak to our Event Director for more details.
Music
We host live music every Friday and Saturday evening. We also have a Touch Tunes jukebox for all other music you may want to play. For Full Buyouts, guests may provide their own live band or DJ.
Frequently asked questions about events:
Can we come in before open hours or stay till after closing?
All events other than Full Buyouts are for 5 hours. However, you are welcome to request extra hours of operation at the cost of $100 per hour.
Are pets and children welcome?
YES! The most amazing thing about our facility is that we are family and pet friendly.
Can we use The Yard if we just rent the inside space?
There are lots of packages available to accommodate all your needs. Talk to our Events Director for more details, and a personalized package can be put together just for you.
Can we bring our own decorations?
YES! We encourage you to make your Yard space all your own. Setup and takedown are guest responsibilities. Anything attached to the walls should be placed with wall-friendly adhesive. The only decorations not allowed are confetti, glitter and flammable candles.
What kind of yard games do you provide?
We love yard games, we have large connect 4, cornhole, tic tac toe, and large Jenga. Please feel free to bring any other games you enjoy.
